Can somebody guess my websites conversion rate?

I am getting targeted traffic. what would you assume the conversion rate to be with a properly managed google adwords campaign with customers throughout canada and the united states? (which is not what I am actually doing)

I want to see if there is a problem with my traffic source.

yes it is.. mainly from classfieds

edit** but classifieds is bringing me 50 visitors a day.... relevant visitors
 
Thank you. Now expect 100s more targeted competitors (in your niche) on that marketplace for saying it aloud about the high CR, and admitting the niche you're in. :) See you there soon.
 
you never heard of craigslist? lol... every web designer uses it.

I've ofc heard of it. But this is first time someone gives an invitation to copy his super success on it. Every designer uses it as you say, but they never give their daily figures to others, and I guess never even to their spouses... Of course I am grateful to you, buddy!
 
well my friend..... i wish u the best of luck..... this information was publicly available on other forums 3-5 years ago by the way, so the hundreds of competitors might have already beat u to it ;)

Good to see you're getting good conversion rates. I posted a JV on craigslist last week that was related to programming and got like 10 automated responses. There are definitely alot of others doing it, but if it's working, more power to you!
 
1.5% is a normal conversion rate, off classified ads who knows.
 
With your setup, I'd be happy if 1 out of 400 visits brought me a lead that doesn't try to haggle/low-ball the sh!t out of me.
 
I think your expecting to much money from people trolling criagslist. Maybe try one of thous popups that offers a discount before your craigslist traffic jets.

If i was in your niche, i would try developing a long term client with reoccuring payments, rather a large upfront invests like your asking. Criagslist is full of scammers, i believe alot of people have a hard time making a large payment of that sorts with out assurances.

I would also suggest trying an email capture of some sorts. Down the road, when they go for the 50 dollar websites also offered on craigslist there gonna need help fixing them.

Im not saying your not worth the premium your asking, im just saying your competition is kicking your ass because they charge less.
 
Why not get your site ranked in Google Ca ?

I get 5% CR with search engine traffic.
