Can somebody explain this ?!

Hey,
i am working with revenyou (PPI network), and I've received a payment from them yesterday, but Paypal say that the money will be held for an investigation.

but still, the payment is not held, and i did withdraw the money to my visa card,

but still i don't know how to respond to the dispute, and i'm afraid this will cause me problems in the future.

Your paypal balance may end up negative, which is what usually happens. They let you withdraw the funds, instead of blocking the funds before the end of the investigation.

If you don't have a real bank account on file, they won't be able to force you to pay. But you'll likely be banned forever after that.

Seems like it's more of a problem with revenyou rather than anything else, maybe you should check with revenyou first (or whoever sent you that money in the first place)

I am wrong or another user get problems with revenyou yesterday or today too??? revenyou start to banning and request refund from all the bhw members?

Just give a call to paypal customer service and ask them what they want you to do, just do what they say, cause if your account get a limitation you cant use paypal anymore in your whole life.

Are you using your personal account with a real bank account linked to it? If you have real information linked to the account then you shouldn't be a problem. This is why I hate paypal, I've had so many problems with them in the past, and I let go of a lot of money because of account limitations. I'd recommend giving them a call instead of writing to them, give them all the information they need and you shouldn't have a problem.
