Just quickly browsed the homepage. It looks fine but I would make the telephone number more prominent.

Just speed read it. Looks all good. As a professional tip I would recommend putting a picture of Kate on the site. Clients will be inviting a stranger into their home so a photograph of a non mental looking Kate will increase the trust factor. I would also lose the meta out of the sidebar, always makes a site look bloggy.

Yep agree with above.

Although I would also remove the sidebar from showing on all the pages to since it's just an empty category widget right now

I have a domestic cleaning client no threat different area.
But if you are going after generic rank you need to expand your keywords.
Oven cleaning is going to be your biggest catchment. not mentioned.
Spring Cleaning, this time of year big hitter.
London? Tenancy clean.
New build clean, is a nice catchment if you can hook up with developers.

I would put your phone number in your meta title, you see with a lot of services people just want a phone number, they do not give a shit about the website.

Also use Keywords like London in your meta title and description.
