Well, I sold an Item On Ebay, and Due to Over sales, the item is out of stock! And if i Simply refund the other Ebay Buyers, I will still be charged of the Ebay Fees!

So, There was something like a Dispute or something similar a seller can file! I have been experienced once, when i bought something from Ebay!

So, Can some one guide me quick to that?

Would you rather pay a couple bucks in fee's, or potentially lose your account? Apologize to the buyers, tell them you sold the same item on Amazon and sold out quickly on there, refund their money, tell them how important it is to you that you not get bad feedback. Offer to send them something else too.
 
Totally agree with eBayMafia. Take the hit, refund the money, write a heart-felt email to the buyer saying that you really apologize. You cannot afford the bad feedback on eBay, it will hurt your sales.
 
ebaymafia knows what's up. What product did you oversell? If it was just one item, it shouldn't be too hard to purchase it or get it in stock. Email them and let them know the situation. Then tell them you have another shipment coming in within (however long it will take you to get the item). Tell them how sorry you are and that you will refund their money, or if they would kindly wait you would like to give them 10% off their purchase (you can change it depending on the cost of the item).

Can You Both Please Answer My Question??

I already spoke with the Buyer and he said He can wait for upto a Week for the refund, or If I get the product again by that time, I can Deliver him That instead!

My Question is, I have Heard Of some way through the resolution centre, a way of Refund, which Will infact Remove the service tax as well!

I just Want to know that!

We are advising you NOT to do the thing you are trying to do, because it's short-sighted and will actually hurt you in the long run.

But, you know what? If you want to tank your eBay rating and get bad feedback over a couple of dollars, go right ahead: http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/

File away-- make sure to tell eBay that you oversold on another site, which blatantly violates their Terms of Service.

You can cancel the order if that's what they want to do. Just make sure you refund him FIRST so you don't forget lol. I've canceled many an order for this reason and that, and wasn't penalized with bad feedback. ;) Good luck!
 
Please dont keep on replying Shi* without reading the first post of this thread!

This is already resolved!

If you have canceled their order and refunded them,in many instances as you said, You were always paying the ebay service fees!

I know how to refund from Paypal!
I just wanted to get rid of the taxes!
