Can site detect IP when posting / logging in?

Can *** detect when you log in/post from a proxy with high anonymity? The reason i'm concerned is because if you go to whatismyip from a high anonymous proxy it always detects your original IP. So can *** detect the same thing? If so, wouldn't this lead to a high amount of suspends if using proxy lists rather than VPN?

If whatismyip.com can detect it than so can any other website.

perhaps I'm not using the right type of proxies? am currently testing public proxies from HMA which are supposedly listed as 'High + KA' anonymity.

Just use a vpn. ipvanish is great!
