I thought it was highly resistant to manipulation. Maybe someone else might have more to say on this.

Yes. Get backlinks with traffic at the least.
Make a bot that makes queries with random words, so they have 1000s of searches everyday. And rank for that very specific random word. And stop scamming people for ur cheap ass backlinks
