Yeah, use this addon.

But you have to consider adding some nofollow links to your campaigns, it looks natural and has a small impact in ranking too.

Scrapebox is king on this forum, and an excellent tool, but you asked about other programs. I've got my eye on Blog Comment Bot [dot com] (NOT an aff link). Thinking about buying it just see how it compares to SB. Didn't see if finds ******** but an email to support would tell you.
