Can ****** resolve proxies?

Hey guys, just curious but I heard, not sure if its true. But appartently ****** can resolve a proxy if you are using one so they are able to recognize whether its just the same person visiting the link or not?

Is this true, or are you still able to use proxies to click on your own links without being caught?
