There are some subreddits that don't ban you for using a link, but there are others that don't like it, and when I did, they muted me in some places (I can read the posts, but I can't comment).

Try to post a comment without link first and then after some time (3-4 days) edit the comment.

The Ban on Reddit comes mainly from patterns that show that you do not have good intentions with the account, as a colleague explains in a Reddit thread.

While some subreddits don't ban users for utilising links, there are others that do, and when I used one of their links, they muted me somewhere.
