Can Rankerx be reset?

Hi, if I buy Rankerx 2nd hand from someone ..
- can ownership be transferred?
- if so, can his past data be reset & emptied so that I can start afresh?

I do not think that RankerX officially allow license ownership to be transferred but it can be reset to start fresh.

It’s strongly recommended to contact RankerX support to confirm their policies, as using a second hand account might violate their license agreement.
I have used this and I would not recommend RankerX because it primarily generates spammy links, which are against Google's guidelines and can harm your site's long term SEO performance.

RankerX do not officially support ownership transfer but as @WerSEO said we can reset data by reinstalling and using a new account if permitted.
