Can proxy providers turn you over for botting?

So im about to start botting ads. I have everything set up and can just press a button to start making big money, but im a bit scared.

Is it possible that my proxy provider can tell on me for botting ads?
Also, maybe it belongs in another category, but now that im writing here, i need to ask, if i run my bot on a server that i rent, is it possible that the server provider can turn me over aswell?

Good question, honestly. Based off of experience, I'll have to go with no, proxy providers won't turn you in for botting. I know this varies per provider and per situation, but generally your proxy provider won't mind as long as your operations don't interfere with their services. You privacy is top priority for any reputable service provider.
That said, as long as you don't engage, participate, or otherwise conscientiously take part in anything expressly illegal and outwardly unethical/ criminal, you should be fine. Besides, at that point you'll have more to worry about that just the proxy people snitching on you.
So yeah, you're generally okay to bot using proxies. Just be sure to read their ToS if you're still unsure.
 
This should be the least of your concerns.

The only time a company can be obligated to turn over ANYTHING is when a court order is presented.

You can actually sue any company that did otherwise and win.

By the time any company gets a court order to dig into your details, the connection logs will have disappeared long before that.

The answer is generally no it all depends on the provider that you choose and the terms of service they have if a proxy provider suspects that you are using their service for illegal activity they may report you to the authorities however most proxy providers will not do this unless they have concrete evidence that you are breaking the law
 
If this is a sticking point you will probably find out sooner rather than later as some will allocate you an “account manager” who’s job is basically to spy on everything you’re doing.
 
There are two different scenarios here. Are you doing something illegal or not? This is not legal advice.

If you're just using proxies for managing multiple Fb ad accounts, I'm not aware of anywhere where that's illegal. It's against Fb TOS, so they can ban you for it.

But, if you're breaking the law, a proxy provider has to cooperate with any legal requests from their jurisdiction. A lot of providers claim not to keep logs. But on the internet, everything is logged. If the provider doesn't keep logs themselves, then the ISP will.

i dont think they care about botting adds or running multiple accounts. its not high crime
 
Why would they? You're a paying customer. As long as you use the proxies as per their rules, you should be fine.

If by "botting ads" you mean click fraud, don't even bother. It's not just that it's unethical, but it's not 2010 anymore. Networks have proper antifraud systems in place. You will get banned and your earnings will be forfeited. If that's what you're planning to do, whatever amount you want to invest, spend it more wisely elsewhere.
 
does the tasks that you are doing are illegal in any terms, usually proxy providers dont keep logs, but ISP does.

I wanna do this too, how can I start?
 
Most proxy providers don't store logs just for convenience (huge amount of requests = a lot of storage required = $$$), so only based on that you should feel safe enough, secondly, it's rare that proxy providers will ever get asked to provide logs, it's hard to reconnect a proxy IP to a specific provider.
