Can i promote weight loss blogs on adwords?

There's a way to promote that?

It's not easy as it once was.

The era of flogs is over.

But there are still ways to do it, for example, you can create something on healthy eating/lifestyle and promote that first, get a user base, and then promote your weigh loss.

Agreed. Blogs are dead. Video content is substantially better & it's 100% the way of the future.

Yes, You can promote that.

But you'll have to make sure there is a disclaimer in place.
Contact the Adwords team and ask for some advice. Its free and better to take advice before you face suspension.

Of Course you can promote via adwords.
I am running some adds which google doesn't support but they are running like tech support.
Just make a good landing page with good content. (Specially mobile friendly)
