Can Premium Members Pin Their Own Threads?

Quick question — is it possible for a Premium Member (not Jr. VIP or higher) to pin their own thread in any section of the forum?

You need to pay for that. It comes under advertising. Premium membership/Jr. VIP doesn't cover that.
Get in touch with the staff if you want to advertise by purchasing a banner or pinning your sales thread : https://www.blackhatworld.com/pages/advertising/

If you're asking about some threads pinned in different sub forums, they are pinned by the staff when they feel those threads have potential to drive good engagement and/or they're the best threads posted in the sub-forum during that week.

You can get your thread pinned outside the marketplace, either in the weekly or so rotation, or as a permanent sticky for a limited time if it's deemed valuable enough, too.

Yes, I guess you need an active sales thread in the Marketplace and for that you need to be upgraded, talk to Advertisement, I might be wrong on this one: https://www.blackhatworld.com/pages/advertising/

Yes, only marketplace sellers and Jr Vip members because premium members are not allowed to create BSTs on marketplace, so they can't pin their threads there.
