Can platforms link accounts that use the same google authenticator

I have some accounts that I want to keep seperate (all ready have different proxies for them etc.)

If I use the same google authenticator app for 2FA for multiple accounts, is it possible for the website to detect this and link together these accounts?

Obviously most websites and platforms won't be doing this, I'm just wondering if it's possible.
