Can Peerfly detect Ghost CPA?

Can peerfly cpa network detect my use of ghost CPA?

Like if I fake my referer, is there any way they'll know im using it? I plan to crop out the email submit box only.

& btw they do allow iframing, but only 100%.

i will test out my own method with this. if everything goes right i will be able to make over 200 a day. & who knows i might even share my method
