can oyu get negative comments removed?

Man....i have so few negative comments but when i get one because they placed an order on Saturday and did not receive it Sunday it takes the biscuit.

I told them I cannot post on Sunday...they agreed :684: and said they would take the - comment off. Well they didn't but left a remark saying "sorry my fault all is well." :eek:

But that's not what I want. I want that negative post count taken off. Can it be done with Ebay or is that it? Geez....It's ;laughable wjhat some people leave - comments for at times..

(not answering an email within 1 hour.)
They placed a wrong order)
Delivery took longer than 2 days (ordered on a weekend..)

OH and how the heck do I get in touch with Ebay? do they even have a method of talking to them?

You cant remove bad feedback, it has to be done by the person who posted. Send him a feedback revision and see if he fixes it. Its all you can do. Ebay is not going to remove your bad feedback.
 
You have to send them a feedback revision. Ask them to change it to a positive feedback, but they can say whatever they want.
 
I was told they would delete it...but both just left + comments in the negative feedback....

They even told me they want to remove the - fedback.....Some people....

Send him a feedback revision and see if he fixes it. Its all you can do. Ebay is not going to remove your bad feedback.

Feedback revision is the only way to go, and it will only remove it - not change it from nagative > positive
 
I only know up to now that you can do the revise feedback (mutual revision) on ebay or if you contact ebay and explain the situation, they may remove it, there is also the defamation form.
However I do think some people have found a way of having it removed, the example below really puzzles me.
I have noticed a seller on ebay over the past few months who appears somehow to be removing all, and it is a lot of their negative feedback. The feeback isn?t even showing as revised and there are far too many just to be deleted by ebay. There were six in one day and then I noticed the day after they had all vanished and not one of them was showing as revised and far too many to be deleted just by a phone call by ebay or forms, furthermore some of the comments would have been extremely difficult for the seller just to revise and they were not against ebay?s feedback violation. I have watched this seller over the past three months and loads of feedback is being removed and bam score goes back up to 100% So what I want to know is how could this be possible, how can a person remove their own feedback or does anyone have any ideas as to how the above could be possible?
 
You can try and resolve stuff and get them to withdraw their complaints
 
i believe the complaints still stay there but after a year of the account being inactive the negative feedback is not factored into the percentage
 
Try and talk them up to make the effort of taking it back.
Some times with really angry people that cant see reason you even have to offer them something. Its not fun to do, but i think that to get a negative feedback taken away is worth some little gizmo that i send out for free.
I always try to be really polite even if people ar assholes letting there personal problems become anger over a ebay buy that didnt arrive when they thought it should. Always polite, always give them a way out, and i get at least 80% of all my negative feedback taken back.
It makes a big different on the final score.

and my feedback was removed with an email explanation within 2 days
