How can you tell if your comment is visible to all others on someone elses video?

Because I cannot see my comment if I am not logged in but when I log in I can see it.

Try to clear your cache. I don't use a YouTube account most of the time unless I'm uploading and I see comments just fine.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think you might be ghosted. In other words, YouTube might have flagged your account for spam. This way the spammer will think their account is fine and keep posting but no one can see it. Hope that helped.

There are several reasons for that:
    1) Too frequent posting
    2) Keywords/links from comments are blacklisted. Each channel is able to create its own blacklist of words.
