Can not View Embedded YouTube Videos

This is the error I'm getting:
Watch video on YouTube
Error 153
Video player configuration error

I'm experiencing this both on mobile and PC so I don't think the problem is from my end. I tried clearing browser cache, incognito mode, and even switched networks but the issue persists.
