Can my website be banned?

I'm spamming scraped emails.

Will this make my domain banned? I purchased the SMTP server off someone else.

But, in the from address, i wrote [email protected].

So will that domain get blacklisted?

Or since the guy I bought the server from, only his smtp will be banned?

Curious, did u clean the list? Did you leave opt out options to "not receive this email again" ? Did you put a link in the email?
 
yes it can.. not really banned but more like "blacklisted" so certain email extensions (@gmail.com ... etc) will put your incoming mails straight to spambox.

And when does this happen? And how do you fix it if it does happen?

So basically, gmail will ban where I sent from [email protected]

or will they ban my domain website i put in the description like [email protected]
 
Definitely it will get banned if the list has not been cleaned and you keep doing repeat attempts.

It happens when you trigger the spamfilters of a specific mail deliverer, can happen after a bunch of people mark your emails as spam in a short time, can also happen due some internal spam-regulating algorithm, can also happen if your mail lands into a honeypot email etc.
they blacklist your whole domain... so if you send from [email protected] or [email protected] it will go to spambox regardless, because domain.com is blacklisted.
Once blacklisted you cannot reverse that. Just take a new domain name.

So here is the thing, I can't get my website banned.

So is it better if I use, "[email protected]"...so if it gets banned, gmail only bans the gmail.

Because if I use "[email protected]" @mydomain.com will get banned if I understand correctly?
 
Gmail cannot ban their own exension lol. But how do you plan to send mass mails with a gmail account lol?

Yes, that is a better idea than self hosted domain. But it is even better if you can change the domain with every blast. Your inbox delivery success rate will be high.
 
You certainly cannot use a gmail account to spam..even though it won't get banned by gmail itself for sure!
 
Both the domain and smtp will be blacklisted.
 
The first thing I asked you was did u clean the list? Now i see you ask what is a clean list. Did you read up or just figured you'd wing it?

When a site is banned, it is completely removed from the search engine's index of webpages. In terms of that search engine, it no longer exists. When a site is penalized, it is still included in the index and may appear for some unusual search terms, but it will generally not rank well for any of its targeted search terms or "keywords".

OP asks about emailing. As you can see, he mentioned SMTP. Every other post mentions email. Why are you posting on this forum without reading? I see this a lot lately on BHW, people glance at topic title, and start typing. I think that young, impatient and people with attention deficits should stick to watching streaming sites with light subjects. Or visit BHW as lurker. Don't pollute it.
 
Eventually your domain will get banned.. that's the name of the game.. that's why you see so many spam emails with domains like pharma[DOT]1928734917jsio[DOT]com..

It's not a matter of IF.. but WHEN.. just prep for it in the email spam world..

You want my opinion, going legit and building a relationship with just 1-2,000 people can make you a shit ton of money.. but hey, what the hell would I know..
