Can my IP affect SEO???? (REALLY HELP NEEDED!)

thanks for your reply.
I think I got the answer maybe.

but 1 more question,
I have another sites (pure whitehat) but on the same hosting service, plan, but not the share hosting,

it also not gets indexed. well, from the same time.
do you think this also has to do with the blackhat site that I blasted GSA?

they are possibly the same external server?
The reason might be that if you use cloudflare and some other ddos protection services you ight enabled bot blcoking or such feature that makes google not allowed to crawl your website as bot cant pass throught captcha.

Look at your site again, the issue might be cdn or some settings

a good opinion.

Doesn't matter they might have been crawled before a long time than he put the ddos protection , or google might have found his posts somewhere else and indexed them some other way.

If you're referring to your personal IP, then it has nothing to do with SEO,
the only thing thing that could have an influence is using the same server/IP for the website and it's not something that would make such a problem,
your problem is purely related to the links, anchors and the on-page, you messed something along the way
