Can make a bing ads account sucessfully ;(

hey guys i been trying to make a bing ads account, but when i do, the next day its closed...

I sign up on a clean IP, fake customer info and i use my paypal as my billing too... I do not know why they delete my account

if someone experienced can help me sucessfully keep a bign account or help to as why its happening ill give you a +rep point!

You should call Microsoft, ask them what's going on. They have state of the art fraud detection, so I doubt you'll be able to get ads running with fake information

are you use Coupons ?

is it a 100% legitimate account you are trying to make? or a account with a little back hat mixed in?

What do you consider black hat? I already make a bing account on my HOME IP and got banned cuz i promoted cpa and stuff without cloaking.

So now i know how to cloak links, have tried to make another account on a different IP but i did put my real name ( not address ) that was on my first account..

I setup 1 ad that pointed at a news site no cpa offers or anything..

You may need to contact Microsoft as stated above.

Yes,
They keep banning you cause you probably use the same info u used on previous banned accounts. So, you should:
1. Use totally different info when creating new account (name, address, email, paypal account)
2. use a VPS or a 3G connection to create new account. Dont use HideMyAss or such services since their IP pool is already spammed to death, so Bing picks it up pretty easily.
3. Dont use fake info
4. Dont use VCC - cause nowadays, vcc's dont work with Bing
5. Dont use the same website that was used on previous banned accounts. if it is on shared hosting, you can keep the hosting but change the website and contents, if it has a dedi IP, you need to switch the hosting too.
6. Besides, if you're not a US resident, you wont be able to use Paypal as form of payment, Bing accepts US payapl only.

That should do the trick.
