Can links only be put in images using the HTML editor?

I think you can put a link in an image using Canva. They have this option if I remember correctly.

Ah, that would be great if I could make photo galleries straight through Canva with the link in each image

@CaptainCrypto Also, right now on the front page, photos posts with multiple photos show all the images. If I wanted only the 1st image to show, do you know if that's an option I can change, or does that depend on the theme I'm using?

Sorry to say but I'm not familiar with Tumblr because I've never used it.
