Yes, they are spam domains, just get a non spam domain check tldes.com, starting from $0.

Please consider hosting on the freenom domain, as they are being treated as fraudsters. These kind of domains are no longer encouraged by the majority of hosting providers.

Stay away from them,,,,even facebook don't flag your domain, when your domain start getting traffic they block it and force you to buy it
