Can jarvee scrape popular posts using the app not the website ?

So instagram have updated its app so when you search for a hashtag it shows you a list of the recent posts and a list of the most popular posts ( noy like in the website only 9 popular posts) like this :



I was wondering can jarvee scrape the popular posts using the app and not the website

any help guys
