Can it really be this easy?

I would setup a different account..
ebay comes down hard on fake goods... not to meation companies that will phone you up when they find out you are selling knockoffs of their products... one way to get around this is to setup ur auction to say "Bose Style Headphones" or Iphone Style cellphone"...etc enevr use the brandname only

Do your homework - ebay don't allow this "Bose Style Headphones" or Iphone Style cellphone"

There are ways to sell the items you mentioned without violating ebay's rules.
 
I do not recommend. Had police come to me about a complaint from the original manufacturer and I told them the story of I knew nothing they were fake and they just said thanks for the info and never heard from them. But I bet if I continued they would do more...
 
Your ebay acc wont get banned but you can bet ebay will not let you sell that if you have more than 2 people calling it Fake I know for Fact
 
I've seen sellers with over 5 negative feedbacks saying FAKE, and they still continue to sell and worst of all its a registered company.

I second this, Use Alibaba.com, but make sure you do your due dillegence-there are still plenty of scammers on alibaba-but also plenty of reputable suppliers for pretty much anything you can imagine. I have been using alibaba for five years and have only been scammed once (my first purchase, but i should have known it was too good to be true). Just remember that nothing comes easy, and if something seems too good to be true 9 times out of 10-IT IS!

For every legit seller on Alibaba there are 100 scammers trying to get your money.

"Send WU today and I send goods tomorrow" is a very common sentence on Alibaba, tradekey.

I got screwed by a chinese for $xx,xxx - I was sure he was reliable (Dealt with him for a few months, customers were happy) then out of the blue he runs with my customer's $.

As if someone will tell you their selling product? He may as well just start sending you weekly chunks of his profit.

It's wrong that people say that everything on DHGate is counterfeit. That's like saying everything sold on eBay is counterfeit. Granted, there are plenty of fakes swarming on there, but also there is a brilliant product range of non branded goods as well.

People always think of going for branded goods and high end goods first, which is where they slip up.
 
My advice would be to get 5 of them, sell them on ebay and wait a few days to check your feedback, if all is good and people are happy then your good to go, if not, move on to something else :)

Well I'm not sticking my hand out, + i was asking if he didn't mind sharing, you never know what he might say.. if he doesn't want to say anything that's fine too. I don't need someone to tell me what I'm asking is not sensible, I'm asking for maybe some examples is all..


Branded goods and high end goods are what I've had the most success in so can you please elaborate on how its a slip the only problem is the headaches and fear of getting nabbed.

I would agree with most here. If it is a knock off of a brand name, just stay away from it. The first whiff PayPal or any merchant account provider gets, and they eventually will, they'll freeze your account. Just not worth the hassle or potential legal issues.
 
I sold a few fake pairs of shoes that my brother got on ebay before, I think a couple people didnt notice but the last guy did and I just bounced off ebay then for a year before making a new acct later on
