Can ISP Proxy IP Change Google Play Store Location to Access Geo-Blocked Apps?

Well, I want to confirm one thing from here: if I'm going to use a dedicated ISP proxy IP, I'll connect it to my Android phone with the help of a proxy client like Tun2TAP, Tun2Socks, Socksdroid, etc. Can it help me to change the Google Play Store Geo-location, and will I be able to access region-blocked applications?


What process do you all use? The process, I thought, is:

1. First clear data of all Google products (like Play Store, Chrome, Google, Gmail, etc.), turn off GPS, turn on Airplane mode, and disable the Play Store, then restart mobile.


2. Connect ISP Proxy IP through proxy client. [Maybe need to restart mobile again. Don't know what you do?]

Google account country means Gmail?

Payment profile like Gpay? I never set anything on Play Store it's automatically fetch my Country
