Can IG Detect the account created in rooted android mode?

my method is
1, root the android phone,
2, install " android Device ID changer"
3, every time, after create an IG account, change the device ID,IMME, etc, delete instagram app cache and data.
4, restart the phone, a "new" phone with the new 4g lte proxy to create the account again.

my question :
1, is the method OK or not, but if it is OK, why I didn't find the thread like this in BHW, this seems a very simply way,
2, if not, is there something missing in the method..

Im using it.
Dont forget to spend some time on feed after creating account(like some photos, follow, bio etc)

I think the thing is, it'll take a lot of R&D to figure this out, and almost all the people who spend so much effort to figure this out, wouldn't they want to use it to make some money? Or just give it away for free?, giving away is not the big problem, but if most people started using the same method, IG might patch that, so the OG himself might not be able to use it for long even after spending so much efforts for finding a solution for this. So it's hard to find info on this on public forums just for reading. We'll just need to get our hands dirty, do some R&D and figure out a solution.
