Use different browsers and clean all browser history , clear your dns cache , restart router.

If you have the option run multiple windows on hot swap hdd's. Each hdd has its own windows installation and only use them for one specific purpose.

i create account and using smm panel, after getting 1K subscribe , opening another account , and its continue everyday . without any issue . i did not remember how many of account i have created .

yes you can, i have seen that many youtuber have 3 account.
for eg. if you want proof
I follow a youtuber he has three channel with name

1. Ur IndianConsumer
2. UIC Vlogs
3. UIC Gaming

If you upload quality content then your account will not get banned or deleted

If you're going to use it on Whitehat purposes then yep sure, if it is blackhat like spamming then good luck. They will be banned in no time.

I created 15 gmail account :

- SAME IP
- SAME Browser
- Same recovery mail

Never had a problem
