So, I was dropshipping an item from aliexpress.
When the product was delivered, the buyer told me the color of the product is different from the colors showed in the photo on my store. He attached me the photo of the product he get, but there isn't much difference. The product in the photo is in light red, while the product on his photo is in dark red.
That aside, in my ToS, I cleary specify that the colors on the photo in the store are only illustrative and the colors of the product may differ a little bit. He accepted this term when he purchased the product, by ticking a checkbox.
Just because I hate chargebacks, I told him I was willing to give him half price refund. He refused, he want a full refund and now he open a chargeback on paypal.
Now my question is: how likely I am to win this claim? Because I've lost every single claim on paypal from the day I start to dropship.
