Can I use wp automatic for my pre approved my ezoic website?

My website is ezoic approved. So, Can I use wp automatic for traffic and earn something from ezoic? Will they ban my account or what can happen?

Ezoic is adsense ads reseller. Adsense dont allow it and Wp automatic will not give you traffic. It will copy over others post which doesn't means you will get traffic.
