Yes you can use this. But it really depends on what your purpose of cloaking is. I used it before but I switched to pretty link lite because of better free link click tracking. As long as your purpose is to just use it to hide those ugly Clickbank links and 301 redirect to the vendors sales page, you should be good to go! If you are attempting to direct link through PPC like Adwords, as far as I know this won't work for that. For that there are services out there to get that done and just a 301 will get you caught and possibly banned.
