I'm not sure if this post is allowed here.
So I came across this site which as many Stock images/Vectors from envato ,graphicriver and many other premium sites free to download. quality is outstanding.
My Question to you guys is, can i use these files for commercial purposes?
will I get into some trouble?

See, the issue is never getting these images for free but that they may come after you if you cannot prove you purchased them. Now, if you are not in the US/EU you may be getting away with it but YES they can/will most times come for you (at least try it).

Flush all the metadata and do a little editing(if that's possible)
Use those images and pray the concerned party never sees you and even if they do, they skip and ignore you.

I think you're safe especially if just getting started. You can always buy them later on if your project succeeds

does the old mirroring trick apply to images? pretty sure it does to videos, seen people dodge copyright by doing this on youtube. To be safe go into photoshop and make some modifications perhaps.

It depends on how you are using the image. Like a couple others said, "transform" it in some way that it does not clearly look exactly like the original image. If your purposes for the image fall under "fair use" you do not have to alter it at all. Make sure you clearly unserstand "fair use" before using the image to be safe. Using a portion of the image, cutting/cropping can also help to make the new piece transformative. With stock photo services, the membership usually covers the licencing for these, I am unsure if the "free" versions of these have the licence extended. You could always to to find the originator and actually get permission. Or if you are still unsure error on the side of caution and don't use it. Of course, like someone else mentioned, it may never be noticed even if you do. End of the day, your call. I would at least transform it in some way shape or form it was me. Good Luck to you.

if u use them directly and you're in the us/uk you're gonna have a bad time bro

don't use obviously pirated pictures like pictures of celebrites

If your budget is so low, you can't even buy the images, chances are not too many people are going to see the image. You're probably fine, just pay for the images once your budget allows.
