Can I use the same theme on 2 sites or better redirect it?

Hi

I bought 2 domains for my business. One is our company name and the other is region and the kind of service specified. We received 2 new clients already using the specified domain through adwords because we designed that first in the hopes that it would rank much faster. What do you think I should do?
