Can I use something like Gramaddict and SuSocial at the same time?

As title.

Could i use both of these applications at the same time? Would they not interfere with eachother?

Or is there a way that i could efficiently and safely use both without getting account bans etc.

Gramaddict for actions such as following, liking, etc.

And SuSocial for posting (reels mainly)

I'm not sure if it's good to use the two at the same time, but I would advise you to use them at different times to avoid interference.
