Can I use similar content on 2 different websites for backlinks?

I created a website that uses a job aggregator to show recent jobs in a particular area. And for internal SEO I created 5 pages with different articles (not spun, but completely different) and put anchor links to other pages within this website.
I then copied this website and created another site that uses a different aggregator and different anchor links. But the articles are basically the same.
Is this going to get me into trouble with G as duplicate content? Even though the anchor links are different?
Thanks all...

What you have mentioned is confusing, That's why no one has replied.

Basically 2 websites with 5 identical pages EXCEPT for different anchor links.

Bad plan, rewrite those 5 pages on one of the sites.

Thanks - just did!

Another question; Is it imperative that I keep my internal pages unique? I mean, I can see how it would be important when I'm article marketing or posting to a blog or forum.

But if I use say, PLR stuff to fill pages of my site and create more internal anchor links, would the duplicate content cancel out the possible link-building advantages?

Thanks...

no problem i think
except that 2 websites are exactly the same
including temples and code and others i mean all the same
then may be some trouble
