Hi,

Can I use + sign in the website menu such as - "Account Planning + Strategy". If I use + sign, Is there any issue from the SEO standpoint.

"Account Planning & Strategy" or make some combo like "Account Strategy Planning".

It depends where your "account planning + strategy" , if it is in h1, h2 or title it is definitely gonna effect, but if it in p tag or somewhere in span, then you can change it.
