Hey guys , is it possible to use rotating proxies for instagram bots or the risk of being banned is really high?

You can do that, normally users rotate also their IP. For example when they go out of wlan and connect to the mobile network, when you go into flight mode and so on. But it is important that the IPs are from one country.

There is no problem if you dont change your country and also same IP pool.

yes you can do it. the ban risk depends on your ip ranges. some ranges are saturated

As long as you use ips from one country it is safe to rotate.
