Can I Use Pretty Link for Amazon Affiliate Links??

I am a little bit confused about using pretty links for the amazon affiliate links... The thing which is confusing me is their OA:

"30. You will not cloak, hide, spoof, or otherwise obscure the URL of your site containing Special Links (including by use of a redirecting page) such that we cannot reasonably determine the site from which a customer clicks through such Special Link to the Amazon Site.""

Does this means I cannot use the simple plugin (Pretty link) for redirection???

I'd recommend you to use naked urls, here's the recent thread on this issue.

There's a pretty serious blogger in the HDR photography niche named Trey RatCliff and he uses sitename/links/product-name which redirects to amazon. I've never tried contacting amazon but you could just ask them?

I do tend to agree with Jason though, play it safe.

That's really bad that I can't use even a redirect.

You just copied and pasted the part that said you are not allowed to do it. I am unsure on why you are confused.

I think you'll be fine. With pretty link they can still see where the customer is coming from & I doubt they could enforce this.

Because some people say it is OK to do so and some say it is not...

Use amzn.to man. Sure this one's legal.
