Can I use PayPal anonym ?

Hi as the topic says. is it possible to use paypal anonym ?
That I use VPN / proxy and so on I see, first whats a good VPN ?
And what is an alternativ to a credit card ? is there anyone I can get anonym and I can recharge or such things ?

Buy a prepaid credit card. "Gift card" branded ones aren't reloadable but require no identity verification.

No mate you cant use PP anonym......if you use proxy and all you will hav to conferm your identity each time if your pp accounts is verified one
If your pp account is not a verified one then your account acces might get limted....
