If you mean by LSI Keywords the words you can get with seo-hero.tech I think it's not a good idea, because not all LSI Keywords are relevant to be added as a tag. But what is your main scope, do you want to automate this task?

Yeah you could but it would be better to include those LSI keywords in the actual content.

No, I researched by main keyword and there are many similar keywords with good searches. I am writing a post so I wanted to use those as well.

This is likely a very bad idea.

First of all, if those keywords are closely related to the topic of the article, Google's RankBrain has figured them out by now and will rank the original article for those keywords. By tagging the article, you will essentially be creating pages that will compete with your article in the SERPs. As a result, you might cannibalize your content and send people to the wrong page.

Second of all, by creating tag archive pages, you will essentially be duplicating your content, as it is very likely that you will have no other articles tagged with those keywords. Duplicate content = bad.

What you should do instead is to work those keywords into the content of your article.
