Can I use epassporte virtual visa card

Can I use epassporte virtual visa card with 1and1.com to register domain or with godaddy to register $0.99 domains?I tried 1and1.com but it haven't worked.

I never use crappy godaddy or 1and1, but it works just fine with namecheap.

I've used ePassporte's virtual CC with godaddy, but am not sure does it work all the time. I think I had one instance when they refused that particular card. But with all that has been written here about godaddy stealing valuable domains I wouldn't use them. I haven't registered new domain with them for quite some time. I just keep renewing my older domains there cause I'm kind a lazy. Hope they don't screw up.
