Can i use an Approved Google adsence on a Non-approved website?

Hello guys, this might sound like a dumb question but i've actually made a google search without finding and answer to my question.

so, the question is, Can i use an Approve Google adsence on A non-approved Website? i'm yet to apply for Google Adsence because i know it won't get approved (I own a News Website).

Now, i want to open another website (Tech niche).

I want to publish articles writing by me, which i'm 90% sure the site is going to get approved.

I've looked for other means to monetize my News Blog which gets an average of 40,000 in a month and over 50,000 pageviews.

the thing is, the ad networks i've found are either POP UP or POP Under which does'nt work well with me.

Wish i could get an ad network which shows Native ads like just banners or Sponsored post like Google.

I'm intending of Putting the ad code if accepted by Google, on my News website.

the question is, Does it work that way? or will Google ban my website if they found out?

Even if you put your ad code on your news site without getting it approved first on Adsense. The ads will not show.

I would advise against this, honestly doubt it will workout well.

I just realized I had this problem myself.

I have two automated news sites that Adsense won't touch.

I was under the impression that they were going to be AdSense compatible when I purchased them.
He then told me to do what OP is asking about.

I didn't think just putting Adsense code on an Unapproved site was possible either.

I'm open to any suggestions also....

Nah won't work. maybe back then but not now.

Don't do it, not worth the risks.

This was working till 2 years ago, but now it has changed. Every url must be first approved by Google in order to display ads.
