Can I use an Android emulator on my PC (Win7) to run SquareUp CC Processor?

There is a service called "squareup" that allows you to swipe credit cards using your Android / Apple Smartphone.
You sign up and they send you a little device that reads credit cards. You plug it into your phone and install the app.
Swipe a card and bam - payment processed! -They also have weekly payouts which is totally awesome!
ALSO: I do most of my billing in real time, so the virtual terminal (keyed in on the phone) is a huge plus in my book.

Thing is that it only works in this manner. Squareup doesn't have any sort of online billing or website integration. This means if I want to use squareup for card swipes and key ins, fine, but I have to use a different payment processor for my website and recurring payments. THAT SUCKS, but I can live with it for now because those two features are exactly what has been missing from my payment processing capabilities so far!

It would be great if I could use this service with my computer. Is there a way I could fake a andorid based smartphone in windows, plug the card reader into my computer and go to town? Anyone know of an emulator that would do this?
