Can I use Amazon.com brand name as my key word

I want to use some brand name of some product in Amazon.com as my keyword.
How to know which which brand allow this and which one doesn't?

You can rank for any brand keyword, but you cant have the brand in the domain, if you do, you are risking losing everything if they send a C&D. No one allows you to use their brand in a domain, but some don't take the time to send a C&D letter until you cost them money (start taking their traffic).

SO as long my domain name is a general name (no brand included) I can use the brand as my keyword in meta title and etc ? Is it correct?

Yes - as long as it's not in the domain, you're good.

Actually your questions is very good because it opens a door which is not very exploited in this moment: focusing on long tail brand related keywords
