Can I use additional payment methods on eBay?

I would like to add different payment methods on eBay, for receiving money from my buyers.
Is it possible to e.g. use skrill, payoneer etc as payment methods?
AFAIK not on US accounts. They stopped allowing alternative payment methods in 2015. The only exception to this I believe is if you have pre October 2007 account and your own merchant credit card processing.
