Can I use a VCC to get a paypal account?

Should be able to, I see people selling VCC's in the BST all the time just for that reason. Why don't you PM a few of them and ask?

VCC from vcc*shoppers dot com works well. However, avoid verifying UK, USA, and EU accs in general with vcc.

My paypal is verified with VCC...no problem yet 
to get a paypal, you dont need VCC. to increase and verify your a/c you need VCC...

I got a vcc but my account is still not verified in US. Make sure u tell the VCC seller what u plan to do. DON'T LIE or u will get stuck withsome useless stuff. Always tell the seller exactly what you plan to do. Most of the time the seller will be honest with you.

US and VCC???? is it possible??? if you wanna verify paypal with VCC in US, you should put bank information which is not possible with VCC..
