If I paste 2 codes in my html, one of them being google analytics and the other a private one, to track clicks on my website, would it work?
Can i use 2 analytics tracking services on my website at the same time?

Of course you can but makes no sense and will make your site loads more slower.

The two bare minimum tracking scripts you should always have is your FB pixel with conversion events set up so you can populate better lookalike audiences over time, and Google Analytics.
Then yeah, a heat map is very useful as well.
So, multiple tracking scripts aren't really an issue, as long as your load times stay under 2 secs, preferably 1 sec or less.

Yes, that would work but if it affects the page load time negatively then it is not good for SEO point of view.
