are they any Software to track a competitor Adwords Campaign and copy his keywords and ads?

AdSpy I guess does what you want.
At least it spies for your keywords and collects information for you.

KeywordSpy.com is a cool service to get all your competitors' keywords and ads and stats right at once for subscription fee.

Yes keywordspy is a cool tool and the other one is spyfu.

Personally I like keywordspy better :)

if you know a website hes promoting you can also enter the url in the google keyword tooland get a list of keywords hes using- agood free spy tactic

Don't know if this is what you're looking but try adwordsww.c0m

Does anyone know how keywordspy obtains competitors keywords. I use to get keyword elite and gather a huge list of keywords related to the niche i'm investiating, maybe they do this but on a much fast scale (takes soo dam long with KE) with huge ASS keyword lists.

seriously man just find the competitors siteyour after
openup your adwords account
goto tools then open
keyword tool
then click and highlight the website url button
instead of entering a keyword enter the competitors website your watching

and bang

theres all his keywords he is bidding on for you to copy

i used to use keyword elite too but this is way too quick and easy IMO

Hex*atrack will work also. It's quite expensive but supposedly tells you the bids amounts also. I think there is a free version.

The Google KW tool? If that's what you're on about, then that only suggests relevant keywords based on the page content. Google won't give you your competitors keywords. You'd need specialist tools for that and i doubt even they could ever be 100% accurate, because any "spying" is surely based on numerous search queries and the logging of results?

Have you tried keyword elite? Its a great tool.

My vote goes for Keywordspy (paid version not the limited free triel) .
I used that tool and got a good ROI.

It's not 100% reliable and the other country option is even worse, but still like it until I find something better.

spyfu works great. and if you want to pay top dollar for software there is always hitwise it also gives you there site traffic and and good info - but its not cheap.

agh no your not right there - use the url toolit actually will give you the competitors campaigns if you look closely enough

i used to use keyword elite but this way is more acurate and also quicker and easier to use

Uh, no YOU'RE not right there. As the poster said, it goes through the page content, extracts the main theme of the page and suggests keywords that are relevant to that. Google does not give you the keywords they are bidding on. Perhaps, if the content is relevant some of the keywords they present are the keywords they are bidding on, but that's pure coincidence.

BTW, none of these tools are 100% accurate, but they are a start. The best way is to use a tool to track like hexatrack, make an educated guess based on data as to the keywords that are converting. Start with an initial group of keywords with 5-10 adgroups. Track keywords with a tool like conversion prophet. Slowly add keywords and drop losers.

For kw research I use keywordspy, google adwords tool, and market samurai. Voila, 90% profitable if you're smart about it...

yea one last thing, a lot of those new tools are great and might be more accurate then ever.. but they all fail to take into account "YOUR ACCOUNT" and your history etc.. theres no way to tell if a keyoword or keyword combo is going to be profitable for you as well as someone else running it

only way to find out i guess, is to test/spend a bit

There is also google insights for websites, great info. I do sem if you need someone cheap to help you out.

ok explain to me then why when i do a thorough research of a paricular keyword - why each competitors keyword lists for the same keyword come up completely different with totally different lists to the last competitors

keywordspy is the one to use here. Their data has improved greatly over the last year or so.
