Can I target a competition's Facebook/Instagram page with sponsored ads?

Hello,

I have a competitor selling similar niche products. They have Facebook and Instagram pages setup which seem to be driving a lot of their sales.

Is it possible to target this competitor in such a way that when a user lands on their Instagram/FB that they'll see our advertisements?

You can def do this on FB if it shows up in the interest targeting.

I'm not sure about IG since I don't have access to their ad platform yet.

How would I do that on Facebook?

I know in the past it was possible with specific advanced targetting, but they've removed that feature now, so is there any other way to do it on Facebook?
