My first dose was covishield and second dose is hard to find is that okay to take 2nd dose of other vaccine like covaxin ?

I don't see much of an issue I got offered a different version but I just kept the first version for my second dose since give me no issues except I was more sleepy than normal

case studies show you'll receive the strongest shield with an effectivness as high as 98% by a combination of
1. vector & 2. mrna vaccines.

They're still conducting studies for that. It may be possible (and necessary for a population like India's) to mix and match doses, the WHO says that the studies look promising. Till then, have your second dose be the same vaccine as the first one (and don't worry about efficacy numbers, any vaccine you take is perfectly good).

Your penis will fall off and you will end up with a mangina.

question is: why would you take a vaccine when it doesn't protect you from COVID or from infecting others?

Even the minimal effect it supposedly gives is not compatible with the "new delta variance".

Soon we will have a plethora of other variances which will make all these current vaccines worthless, so why bother?

How about you consult an actual expert rather than random dudes on an IM forum?
